REFUNDS

All sales are final and no refund will be issued.

Freerange Life does not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final. However, we want you to love your purchase. Please contact us directly to discuss if your item is damaged/defective. Make sure to include, your name, order # (if applicable), and a description/photo of the item so we may address the issue as quickly as possible. This must be done within 3 days of receiving the order to work out an exchange or possible store credit. If your item was damaged during shipping, please contact us through louisebotterill@freerangelife.org and we will respond accordingly. If your order does not arrive, please let us know! You are responsible for all shipping fees regarding product being shipped to you or returned and we will only replace items that are defective or damaged.
